Full payment must be done while taking the order. Unpaid orders won’t be proceeding

All prices are inclusive of GST and exclusive of delivery charges.

Cake Ordering

-        Cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories.

-        Cake colour and decorations may be subjected to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution.

-        Fresh fruits are seasonal and sweetness cannot be assured.

-        We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders or cake designs. 

Cancellation of Order

Once order has been made NO cancellation is allowed. In any case of cancellation 100% value of the order will be charged.

Exchange

-        Items sold are not exchangeable.

Changes in Order

-        Any changes pertaining to the order must be made at least 48 hours before delivery.

Substitution

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. Laurent Bernard Chocolatier will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.

Candles Request

Complimentary candles will be provided for every cake order when requested by customers. Please indicate the correct number of big and small candles required. We will process the order according to Sender’s request. (Note: we only provide max up to 9 big candles and 9 small candles)

Writings on the Cake

Customers may request for writings on the cake. Please indicate the wordings correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraint on the cake surface, lengthy wordings may not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of writings on the cake. It is customer's duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by Laurent Bernard Chocolatier.

Card Message

Complimentary gift card will be provided for every order when requested by customers. Please indicate the message correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraint on the card, lengthy messages may not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of message on the card. It is customer's duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by Laurent Bernard Chocolatier. 

Delivery and Self collection

All orders must be at least 2 working days in advance before delivery or self collection at Laurent Bernard’s outlets.

Products are sent to delivery with the name and address of the recipient only.

We don’t attach bill or invoice to the products when given to the customer. Customer must sign the order when collecting the product and the delivery slipper when items are delivered.

The Chocolate Factory Pte Ltd is not responsible for undelivered products due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given by the customer.  

A second delivery will be done FOC if the recipient is not here at the first one. If the item remains undelivered after the 2^nd delivery, the recipient will be contacted by email or phone to organise a collection at one of our outlet. After 48 hours, we are not liable for items that have not been collected.         

The delivery charge to 1 address in Singapore is S$20.

An additional delivery charge of S$5 above the normal delivery fee applies for delivery to Sentosa and Jurong Island.

All items must be collected on the day agreed on the order form at one of the following outlet:
